After shutting down the service of its much popular Google Reader, Latitude is the latest in the company's list of services shut down.
Search engine giant Google is reportedly going to shut down service of its location mobile app, Latitude, by 9 August

Google has claim its users who want to share their locations to use Google+ app on Android and said that the location sharing feature will be added to the iPhone version of Google+ very soon.
After shutting down the service of its much popular Google Reader, Latitude is the latest in the company's list of services shut down.
Google has reduce down a lot of services when it rolls out new products, like Google + replaced the Google Buzz, Google Talk was replaced with Google Hangouts and Google Video was replaced with the popular You Tube.
I Google, a user-customized Google home page, is set to close this year because many users no longer use such start pages, the report added. (ANI)
